Shipping policy

This policy explains how Zorya orders are shipped.

1. International shipping

We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery times

On average, between 5 and 25 working days (customs clearance or remote locations may extend this timeframe).

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Orders are not processed at weekends or on public holidays.

4. Tracking

The tracking number and information about the carrier are sent by email after dispatch.

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for any local duties or taxes.

6. Failed deliveries

If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, new delivery charges will apply.

7. Delays

Zorya is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
